Johnson is a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, High Court of Australia and is also a Registered Migration Agent.

Prior to being admitted, Johnson was a Court Monitor of the Federal Court of Australia and Family Court of Australia for over two years. During that time, he gained valuable experience from court litigation case related to migration, family law, consumer protection and trade practices, bankruptcy, industrial relations and intellectual property.

Johnson started his legal career as an intern at Robert Liu Lawyers working predominantly in the area of immigration law alongside Robert and Tess where he developed his practical legal knowledge and skills.

As a Solicitor, Johnson has worked at Parish Patience Immigration Lawyers and later joined Vinh Duong & Associates in 2019 at our Bankstown head office.

Johnson primarily deals with property and conveyancing, commercial law and family law. He is responsible for all sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties, including leasing for businesses. He also represents clients in divorce matters at the Federal Circuit Court and drafts wills for estate planning.

His focus is always on providing practical legal advice combined with a down-to-earth approach to customer service.

Johnson is fluent in English and communicates well in Cantonese.
